How to use 'Scheduled Rides'?
Scheduled rides let you reserve a car in advance, ensuring it's there when you need it most! You can book from 1 month up to 10 hours ahead. 🗓️
Scheduling your ride:
- Tap the scheduled ride button (see image below).
- Choose your location, time, and vehicle tier.
- Select the pass that fits the duration and length of your trip and confirm.
- Pick up your Poppy at your chosen time and location.
- Enjoy your trip! 🚗
💡 Things to keep in mind:

Cancellation Policy: Cancel free up to 10 hours before; after that, your pass is refunded but the delivery fee gets charged.

Pickup Window: Your Poppy vehicle will be ready for you 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time and available for up to 3 hours afterward.

Reservation Modifications: Need to change your plans or selected the wrong pass? You can adjust your reservation’s time or location up to 10 hours in advance, you're pass can only be replaced after your trip has started.

Availability: Scheduled Rides are accessible in the Poppy zones of Brussels and Antwerp. Please be aware that they are not available in Edegem, Kontich, Linkeroever, Ekeren, Berendrecht/Zandvliet, Schoten, and Wijnegem. You can also schedule a ride at the airport of Brussels (Zaventem).
- Price: To cover the delivery of your scheduled ride, there is a fee of €9. This amount will be deducted along with your pass purchase. Any available credits in your Poppy account will be used first before charging your linked payment method.
⚠️ Important Information:
- When returning from your travels, remember to account for time differences when reserving a vehicle in advance. Our application operates exclusively on Central European Time (UTC+01:00).

Scheduled rides is only possible on personal Poppy accounts, and cannot be scheduled with the company allowance of business accounts.
- Scheduled rides are exclusively offered with cars, not with our vans.
