Unlocking Seat Arona and Poppy Vans:

  1. How do I unlock the car?

    The Seat Arona and Poppy vans do not use the app for starting the vehicle. Users need to remove the physical key from the keyfob located inside the glove compartment. To pause or complete their journey, users must return the key to its designated place.

  2. Trouble Returning the Key to the Keyfob?

    If you encounter difficulties returning the key to the keyfob, try re-entering the key. Sometimes, a slight adjustment in movement can make a difference!

  3. Lost Key?
