If you've decided to part ways with your Poppy account, we've made the process simple. Just follow these steps:

Navigate to ‘Account’:
- Head to the ‘Account’ section in the app.

Choose ‘Delete My Account’:
- Once in the ‘Account’ section, look for the option that says ‘Delete my account’ and select it.
We'll take care of deactivating your account promptly, ensuring it's no longer accessible. However, for legal reasons, we'll retain your data for a year, just in case there are any outstanding matters related to your account.
Important to Note:
- After a year, all your data will be permanently deleted.
- If there are any fines or outstanding invoices associated with your account, keeping the data for a year allows us to handle those situations appropriately.
Considering a Break? Before pulling the plug, remember that you can also keep your Poppy account without incurring any fees, even if you're not planning to use our services for a while. As long as you're not actively using Poppy, there won't be any charges.
