How can I change my e-mail address?

To change your email address in the app, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Poppy account using your linked phone number and verification code received by text message.
  2. Tap on the 'menu' icon (three horizontal lines) at the bottom-left corner of your screen.
  3. Select 'Account' from the menu to access your account settings.
  4. Choose 'Email' to manage your email address.
  5. Enter your new email address.
  6. Save the changes.

⚠️ Users are responsible for changing their own email addresses for security reasons. Poppy's support team cannot change email addresses on behalf of users.
