These costs cover the administrative expenses associated with scanning documents, inputting data into our system, and communicating with the authorities.

Processing of Accidents and Subsequent Damages:
Fee: €50

Re-parking of Wrongly Parked Vehicles (Including vehicles parked in private car parks or unauthorized locations):
€50 + re-parking charges (either by Poppy or by a towing company if applicable) + charges for a parking ticket (if applicable). If the vehicle needs to be picked up by Poppy, additional charges will be calculated at a rate of €30 per hour per employee (with two employees sent for each case), as well as distance charges of €0.80 per kilometer.If the towing invoice is from an external towing company, our charges will be based on the invoice amount. Please note that the car pickup process by the towing company typically takes three days.
If the car is picked up within three days, you are required to pay the full amount of the towing invoice. However, if the pickup exceeds three days, you will be charged the towing fee + an additional three days of stalling fee.

Special Cleaning Fee:
The costs will depend on the amount of cleaning required to restore the vehicle but will never be less than €75

Leaving a car/van outside the Poppy Zone:
The cost consists of a basic fee of €25 plus additional pick-up costs. This pickup fee is calculated based on distance (€0.80 per kilometer) and time required for the move (€30 per hour/employee). If the car is not drivable and must be moved internally, there is an additional charge of €35.

We acknowledge that their job is time-consuming and involves a significant amount of manual work. We therefore kindly request that you always end your trip within a Poppy zone. In case of any emergency issues, please follow the guidance provided by our call agents and confirm your liability with them.

Parking an E-scooter outside the Poppy Zone:
If you park a Poppy e-scooter outside its designated home zone, a fee of €35 will be applied to cover the cost of relocating the e-scooter back to its proper area.

50€ + the towing cost (whether conducted by Poppy or an external towing company). If the Poppy requires pick-up, there will be additional costs calculated at a rate of 30€ per hour per employee (with two employees dispatched for each case), along with distance costs at 0.80€ per kilometer, and charges for any parking tickets incurred.

We could stop you from using the car, even if you're in the middle of a rental (Safety Mode).

We'll take other steps if needed to keep things safe.
Additional Information:
-Regardless of the circumstances, you are still responsible for paying your rental period fees and must also pay for any additional expenses and damages incurred. This includes situations such as parking the vehicle outside the Poppy Zone and requiring retrieval or receiving fines due to incorrect parking.

We'll take care of charging these fees directly to your Poppy account. If you have any concerns about the deduction, just reach out to us within 3 calendar days after it happens. Be sure to provide any evidence you have to support your concerns.
If we don't hear from you within this timeframe, we'll assume you agreed with the deduction. But if you do get in touch with us in time to dispute it, our Support Team will be here to assist you and find a solution together.In case of any problems during your trip or with a vehicle, it is essential to promptly reach out to our customer support to minimize liability.
