If, during your trip, you realize that the pass you initially bought is not sufficient, you have the option to replace it with another one.
The initial pass will be cancelled and refunded, and only the new pass will be valid. The pass active at the end of your trip will be used to calculate the invoice, so ensure it covers the entire duration and distance of your trip.
If you exceed the distance or duration, you will be charged for the additional mileage or time at the end of your trip. You will receive a notification 2 hours before your pass expires during your trip.
⚠️ Important Information:
Please be aware that if your pass is utilized for multiple journeys and has already been applied to one completed trip, you will no longer be able to replace it.
