How to start your Poppy trip:
- Choose Your Ride:
Need a car for a grocery haul or an e-scooter for a quick trip? Select your preferred vehicle in the Poppy app. - Vehicle Check:
Before unlocking your vehicle, whether at the start of a new rental period or after a pause, conduct an external inspection for any damages. If you find any damage, notify Poppy promptly through the app. If unable to use the app, contact Poppy's Customer Support via email at 'hello@poppy.be' with photos of the damage on the same day. After unlocking the vehicle, conduct an internal inspection and report any damages or cleanliness issues to Poppy using the same procedure. - Unlock and Go:
Locate your reserved vehicle, unlock it with a simple click in the app, and you're set to hit the road. Buckle up! - Time for a Break:
If you wish to pause your trip without ending it, our 'stopover' feature has you covered. - Ending Your Trip:
When you're done, park the vehicle in any designated Poppy zone. - Seamless Payments:
Say goodbye to manual payments. Charges are calculated per minute or kilometer, or you can choose to purchase a pass or a subscription. Payments are processed automatically using your linked payment method. You'll receive an email summary of your trip for complete transparency.
Discovering Poppy Zones & Vehicles:
Poppy zones are the areas where you can find and return vehicles. Our app's user-friendly design allows you to easily spot and book a nearby vehicle, free of charge for the first 15 minutes. If you change your mind, you can cancel the reservation within this timeframe without any fees.
Flexibility on the Go:
Whether it's a road trip, or just a quick errand, Poppy has you covered. Just make sure to return your vehicle to a Poppy zone after your adventures. Our flexible pricing means you only pay for the time you use, and if you need to pause your trip without ending it, our 'pause' feature has you covered, both inside and outside Poppy zones.
💡Important Information:
If users neglects or forget to report any visible damage or defect that could have been identified through the external and internal inspections, or immediately upon starting the engine, they will be liable for such damage or defect.
