💸 Paid for refueling or recharging yourself?
- In Belgium: We encourage everyone to refuel/recharge at one of our partnerstations in Belgium. Therefore, we will not provide a refund for refueling/recharging at a non-partnered station in Belgium.
- Outside of Belgium: You can initially cover the cost and then e-mail the receipt to us at 'hello@poppy.be'. We will ensure a full refund.
