- Tap the question mark (“?”) icon in the top right corner of the app
- Swipe up on the car's detail page

- After contacting the call centre, you will be able to speak directly with a Poppy support agent. They will assist you with any emergencies or questions you may have regarding your trip. Remember to provide all the necessary details to ensure efficient and effective assistance.
- For non-urgent issues or inquiries, such as account issues or questions about an invoice, you can contact Poppy's customer service by email at hello@poppy.be.
