- Ensure that your smartphone is close to the car when using the app to unlock it.
- Confirm that the Poppy app has the necessary permissions, such as location services, enabled on your device.
- Avoid parking the vehicle in a poor cell service area, this might affect the connection with the app.
Try following these troubleshooting steps if you cannot start driving your car:
- Ensure that the gear shift is properly set to 'Drive' mode for automatic transmissions.
- Check that the battery has sufficient charge or the fuel tank has enough gasoline.
- Inspect the dashboard for any warning lights that may indicate a problem.
