If you're not receiving the code, there are a couple of reasons this might be happening:
- Check Your Phone Number:
Ensure that you are logging in with the same phone number associated with your Poppy account. If you've changed your phone number, let us know! Send a selfie holding your driver's license + your old and current phone number, and we'll gladly update it for you. - Provider Outside Belgium:
Sometimes providers outside of Belgium block our verification text messages. To verify if this is the case, reach out directly to your provider. If this issue keeps persisting, it might be better to change to a Belgian phone number. - Provider Blocking Text Messages:
Your service provider might be blocking our text messages. To verify if this is the case, reach out directly to your provider and ask them to lift the blockade. - None of the Above? Contact Us:
