Are you trying to add a prepaid credit card?
Unfortunately, we do not accept prepaid credit cards as a valid payment method.Â

Is your payment method linked to another Poppy member's account?
If your payment method is already associated with another Poppy member's account and they have an outstanding invoice, you may encounter difficulties while adding this payment method. Until the outstanding invoice is resolved, you won't be able to utilize this payment method on your own account.
