Why can’t I find my Poppy?
The previous user might have left the vehicle in a private parking spot or a parking area that closes at certain hours, within the Poppy zone. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
What should I do if I can’t find my Poppy in a partner parking?
If you can’t locate your vehicle in one of our partner parking car sharing spots, it might be nearby. We advise customers to park as close to the car-sharing spots as possible if they can’t find an available spot when ending their trip.
What if I still can’t find the vehicle?
If you still can’t find the vehicle, we recommend looking for another Poppy vehicle in your area. If you want to inform us or claim compensation for this inconvenience, please email us at 'hello@poppy.be'. We will do our best to assist you!
