🤔 Why do I need to schedule a video call?
To enhance account security and prevent fraud, the accounts of both new and existing users who have disabled their biometric data will be deactivated until they schedule a video call with our support team.
🗓️ How to schedule a call:
- At the top of your screen, you'll see a pop-up inviting you to schedule a call to verify your identity.
- Click on the "Schedule a call" button.
- Choose an available day and time slot from the options provided.
- Click on "Book."
- You will receive a confirmation email.
📲 How to join the call:
- You will receive a notification 5 minutes before your call starts.
- Once you receive the notification, go to the app and click on "Join your video call" at the top of the screen.
- Follow the on-screen instructions and click "Continue."
- Allow Poppy to record audio.
- Click on "Start Call" to join the video interview.
đź“‹ Requirements:
- Ensure your camera view is clear.
- Have a valid driver's license ready.
đź’ˇ Important information:
- If we cannot see the user, or if they don’t have a valid driver’s license, the interview cannot be completed, and the user will need to reschedule.
- After 3 missed appointments, we will need to block the user's account.
- Customer support cannot schedule interviews on behalf of users. If no slots are available, please book the next available slot.
