If you’re not receiving the code, this can be because of 2 reasons:
- Maybe sure that you are still logging in with the same phone number, if you change your phone number this also needs to be changed on your Poppy account. If this is the case, please send us a selfie of you holding your drivers license in your hand + your current phone number, so we can update it for you!
- Your provider blocks our text messages, when this happens you will have to contact your provider directly so they can lift the blockade.
