This can happen for different reasons:
- Have you managed to start the car ? On the electrics car, you will hear a sound indicating that the car is on. You can find out what this sound is in this video. 🔊
- Is the gearshift of the automatic transmission in the correct position (D) for driving?
- Is the battery charged enough or do you have enough fuel ?
- Is the electronic parking brake undone ? ⬇️
If the line above the P is light up in orange, the parking brake is still on. You can turn it off by pressing on the button. ⬇️
Unable to resume your trip after pausing? This is likely due to a connection error and should be resolved quickly by taking the following steps:
- Try to close the Poppy application completely and restart it.
- Try to restart your internet connection.
