What to do when you experience a breakdown with your Poppy?
When a breakdown occurs during your trip, please contact our customer service. You can find the number to our call-center in our application. When you tap the '?' icon in the upper right corner of your screen you will see a pop-up menu, here you select 'Emergency? Call us'. 📞
A call-center agent will write down every detail and contact VAB to make sure the Poppy is taken care of.
You no longer need to stay with the vehicle now. if you wish to claim compensation for the inconvenience please contact 'hello@poppy.be'. 📩
