When a breakdown occurs during your trip, please contact our customer service. You can find the number to our call-center in our application. When you tap the '?' icon in the upper right corner of your screen you will see a pop-up menu, here you select 'Emergency? Call us'. 📞
A call-center agent will write down every detail and contact VAB to make sure the Poppy is taken care of.
