Stay calm and follow the steps below:
- Call first the European emergency number (112). 📞
- Next put the vehicle in a safe spot and place the warning triangle at the correct distance. On the highways this distance is of at least 100 meters from the vehicle; in town, 30 meters are enough.
When you caused damage to a Poppy car, you will be charged the repair costs + €50 admin fee. You can find a list in the T&Cs here showing exactly the cost of each damage. The maximum franchise is €1500.

- The additional franchise for the motor third-party liability insurance is limited up to 1.000,00 EUR for a driver under the age of 23.
- The additional franchise for the motor third-party liability insurance is limited up to 500,00 EUR for a driver under the age of 26.
- Drivers older than 26 are exempt from an indemnity for the motor third-party liability insurance.
