Unfortunately, you can’t register if you don’t have your driving license or your ID card. A police document proving that you have lost your documents is not good enough. 👎🏻
You will have to wait to receive your official documents to proceed to your registration with Poppy. ⏳

As a security measure, you can send an email to hello@poppy.be so that we can automatically deny every future subscription with your information until you have new documents.
