Did you know you can refuel for free during a Poppy trip? By selecting one of our partner gas stations in the application, you can easily refuel Poppy at no cost.
💡 As a reward, you'll receive some credits on your Poppy account, usable for your next trip (please allow some time for them to appear in your application after fueling). 🎉
Free refueling through the app is exclusive to our partner stations, which you can locate on the map when selecting the refueling feature.
How to refuel with the Poppy-App:
-
In the app you select the 'Fuel' option. You will see a list of partner gasstations where you can fuel. Select one on the map.
-
Drive your Poppy to the selected gas station.
-
Upon arrival, choose a pump number. You have 90 seconds to connect the pump gun and start fueling. Don't worry if you miss the time frame; you can try again!
-
Once done, just place the nozzle back on the pump and you're set to continue your trip. No payment is required.
Enjoy your ride and the complimentary credits! ✨
If you refuel at a gas station that is not one of our partners:
-
In Belgium: We encourage everyone to refuel at one of our partner stations in Belgium. Therefore, we will not provide a refund for refueling at a non-partnered station in Belgium.
- Outside of Belgium: You can initially cover the cost and then e-mail the receipt to us at 'hello@poppy.be'. We will ensure a refund.
