To start your trip, we temporarily held €20 on your card. We will only keep the amount you actually use, including eventual fees or previously unpaid amounts.
This is a temporary card verification hold from your bank to check your card’s validity. You will see /AUTH in the payment name in the bank statement for this charge.
Please note that authorisation can be listed as a pending charge that can either be returned immediately or take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Card authorisation can fail for the following reasons:
- You have insufficient funds in your account
- Your bank doesn’t allow a transaction
- The system notices suspicious card activity.
If it fails, you won’t be able to request a trip. In this case, please contact our Support team here.
