If you were charged extra for one of your trips after you purchased the pass, please consider the following possible reasons:
- The pass expired before or during the trip
- The pass reached its limit before or during the trip. You were charged for extra milage / time.
- The 1 and the 2 hour passes are only valid for one trip. As soon as you end your trip, the pass expires.
- Your trip happened in on a different vehicle tier from the one for which the pass was purchased. Pass can only be used on the vehicle tier it was purchased for.
The amount of the price covered by the pass is visible in the invoice. To check the remaining minutes and unlocks of your pass and its due date, open the app and see the details of your purchased pass in the Menu > Active Pass.
