- It could be a payment for a previous trip that failed: In case of a failed payment, we will regularly retry to collect the payment, until the unpaid sum is successfully collected.
- Or could it be a payment for a ride taken by your family member or a friend with the same payment method?
If you still don’t recognise the charge and suspect fraud:
- Please immediately contact your bank to block your card to prevent further unauthorised use.
- Give your deposition to the police
- Send a copy of the police deposition and with mention of the deposition number to our Support team here.
You will need to enter a new payment method to keep using Poppy: in the app menu, select Account > Payments.
